Hey everyone. When you take your pet to be groomed; what are the most important factors in choosing a grooming shop? Is it price, customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, or something else?

knowledge of your breed
the store can be clean and the ppl nice and all
but if they give your sheltie or golden a poodle cut, your out of luck for months
and the wrong cut can harm the dog weather extremes
a sheltie isnt cooler with a full cut in the summer, they are double coated for a reason.
so while the rest of the suggestions are good and to be considered, your dog is what’s important and the right cut will go a long way for both you and your dog
